Questions, questions!

  • What exactly will the course teach me?

This programme is designed to give you exact, straight-forward, quick, video instructions on how to prevent, address and STOP your puppy from biting and using those needle-sharp teeth on your skin! Ouch, ouch, ouch!

  • Why do puppies bite?

The course explains exactly why puppies mouth and bite (and why they have such sharp teeth in the first place!). However, more importantly, Sarah explains why some puppies may be more bitey than others, what makes it WORSE, and why YOUR behaviour is critical to reducing it and then stopping it altogether.

  • My puppy is more than 20 weeks old - is the programme still suitable for him or her?

This programme is designed for puppies who still have those little sharp teeth. Dogs lose these deciduous teeth at around 20-22 weeks of age, so that will determine whether or not you will get the best from the course. Not sure? Ping us an email and we can advise.

  • I have a really unusual breed of dog - will this still be applicable?

Yes! Sarah has vast experience with all breeds and types and owns two very unusual breeds herself. She also currently has a puppy (called Bliss!) who was very bitey, so she will show you what to do with real-life video footage!

  • How is this course different from advice I've taken before?

Well, the fact that you are reading this says it all! There is SO much information out there that it's hard to know what's good advice and what isn't. While you want to do what's best for your puppy, biting and mouthing can be frustrating and stressful and can even make you wonder whether you can cope. Sarah knows this, and offers a brand NEW way of dealing with it, which does NOT reply on punishments of any kind, or 'yelping' or 'ouch' techniques.

  • I've tried everything, nothing works... why will this?

Sarah doesn't have a magic wand. However, she can tell you the most likely reasons why your puppy's biting is so full-on, or is even getting worse. Address these factors and you will start to see improvements within days (often hours!).

  • How long do I have access to the course for?

You will have unlimited access for the lifetime of the course. Any problems with logins or access, contact us (we are real people, not bots!) and we will help!
