Online Training Terms & Conditions for Programmes accessed at or via sarahwhitehead.thinkific.com

These training terms and conditions, which, together with our Website Terms of Use set out the terms under which the courses accessed at sarahwhitehead.thinkific.com – a part of Learn To Talk dog Ltd, (“we”, “us”, “our”), allow you to access our Programmes and use the site (“Programmes and Site”) as a visitor or registered Trainee. All enquiries should be directed to team@sarahwhitehead.com

Please read the terms of this policy carefully, as by accessing our Programmes and using the Site you indicate that you agree to comply with and be bound by them.

“Trainee” shall mean any person signing up to train on any of our courses or programmes through sarahwhitehead.thinkific.com.

“Graduates” shall mean anyone who has successfully completed the training as set out.

JOINING OUR TRAINING

Any person wishing to undertake training through sarahwhitehead.thinkific.com shall apply in accordance with our code of conduct and terms as may be amended from time to time. By signing up you are agreeing to participate and to honour the full fees for the training where a payment plan is in place. Upon signing up, a confirmation email shall be sent giving access to the Programme you have signed up for at sarahwhitehead.thinkific.com.  

Please note that by signing up to any of our instalment plans (where applicable) you are committed to the payment plan of the full price of the course and are unable to cancel once you have accessed the material. By continuing with your purchase you acknowledge awareness of these terms. 

DURING TRAINING

All programmes are for individual use and are not permitted to be transferred or transmitted to another person or organisation.

Trainees agree NOT to share any login details, information, downloads, videos or any other course materials outside of their own personal use.

ALL material contained in the Programmes offered is the sole Intellectual Property of Sarah Whitehead and Learn To Talk Dog Ltd. 

No reproduction, copying, or distribution OF ANY KIND is permitted without prior written permission from Sarah Whitehead. We take the theft of intellectual property very seriously and will rigorously defend it using all legal rights. 

COMPLETION OF TRAINING

Upon completion of the training programme, trainees will continue to have access to resources for the time specified as set out at purchase, or until the Programme ceases to run in which case we will give you a minimum of 28 days’ notice.

We shall have the power to suspend or expel any trainee without refund of any paid fees, if such Trainee has::

We cannot issue refunds or credits for any proportion of the Training fees remaining, or if Trainees have previously purchased Programmes which are then discounted or included in any special offer. Trainees paying instalments must continue to pay until the natural end of the Payment Plan. There are no exceptions to this policy.

TRAINING FEES

All Fees are prepaid through the Site, or from time to time as may be deemed necessary via an email link.

Trainees can choose to pay in full upfront or payment plan basis, depending on the Programme.

Where Trainees choose to end or opt out of a Programme before completion, we cannot issue refunds or credits for any proportion of the Training fees remaining, nor if Trainees have previously purchased Programmes which are then discounted or included in any special offer. Trainees paying instalments must continue to pay until the natural end of the Payment Plan. There are no exceptions to this policy.

The fees applicable to each Training Programme shall be reviewed from time to time and we reserve the right to change these without prior notice for new sign-ups.

Please note that the ThinkDog! Practical Programme - an attendance course bookable via Thinkific and also via sarahwhitehead.com also falls under these payment terms. In addition, while we endeavour to run the Programme at the agreed times, dates and venue, we reserve the right to change this in the event of forces beyond our control (including, but not limited to host decisions, government enforcement, weather or health implications for the presenters.)

We are not liable for any additional costs you may incur when booking for ThinkDog! Practical if we are forced to make a change to the date or venue due to forces beyond our control. We will of course do our best to transfer you to the next available course or give you a refund for the course cost in the event that we are forced to make a change to the date or venue. NOTE: You are entirely responsible for all other costs (travel / accommodation etc) and we urge you to ensure you can obtain cancellation refunds on any costs in case of course changes before booking. 

TRAINING PROGRAMMES

The Training Programmes contain all of the contents, benefits and privileges associated at purchase. While every effort is made by us to maintain all of the benefits, we reserve the right to amend the Training Programme if necessary.

Trainees will not be entitled to any refund of any fee or portion of fees as a result of any change to a programme.

ACCEPTANCE OF sarahwhitehead.thinkific.com POLICIES

Upon purchasing your Training Programme, you acknowledge that you have read the terms of the Personal Data and Privacy Policy.

Trainees agree that use of the Site is governed by the Website Terms of Use and you acknowledge that you have read all of those Terms.

We may wish to publish information from time to time featuring a Trainee, profiling a Trainee, providing a testimonial, or publishing an article on or by a Trainee. We will not publish any information without the prior consent of the Trainee.

Whilst reasonable checks have been made as to the quality of affiliated products and linked sites, we cannot guarantee the performance or quality of these.

We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to the Site and/or Training Programmes to keep them up to date without prior notice.

TERMINATION OF TRAINING PROGRAMMES

If, in our opinion, the Training Programme become out-dated or we wish to end its use, we will give you a minimum of 28 days’ notice.

CONDUCT

Trainees agree to act in a manner becoming of a professional training body and organisation at any event of sarahwhitehead.thinkific.com or in any interactions online.

Trainees shall be given their unique login details to gain access to their Training Materials. Trainees agree not to share or disclose their password, with any other person, including another Trainee. Breach of this condition will be considered grounds for termination of Training without refund.

PAYMENT OF GOODS, REFUNDS AND WARRANTIES

An order placed for the purchase of any products or Training Programmes is binding on the purchaser upon completion of the online transaction. As access is immediate and in accordance with UK law, there is no ‘cooling off’ period applicable. This applies to payment in full and to payment plans. Purchasers are bound to complete the duration of their payment plan they have signed up to.

It is not our policy to give refunds on any Training Programme, products or services purchased via our Site. Please choose carefully.
